Recruitment Consultants
As a Recruitment Consultant at Elite Select, you’ll play a vital role in connecting talented professionals with businesses that need them. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to liaising with clients and ensuring the right fit.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable roles.
- Providing expert advice to clients and candidates on the recruitment market.
- Meeting targets and contributing to the growth of the company.
- Strong communication and people skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Human Resources Assistants
As a Human Resources Assistant, you’ll provide critical support to our HR department, ensuring smooth operations within the company. You’ll handle a variety of tasks, from employee onboarding to administrative duties, helping our team thrive.
- Assisting with employee onboarding, paperwork, and record-keeping.
- Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks.
